1. Registration and Payment

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹35,500 is required to activate your profile and access our matchmaking services. This fee covers the cost of profile management, partner searches, and other related services.

2. Refund Policy

We provide a refund under specific circumstances. Please note the following:

• If a marriage is not finalized through our service, you are eligible for a refund of your registration fee.
• A processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed and returned to you within 4 months from the date of the refund request.
• You must request a refund within **30 days** after the 4-month period.
• No refund will be issued in case of false information or fraud.
• Refunds are not applicable if a marriage is confirmed and then cancelled by either party.

3. User Responsibilities & Profile Information

Users are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information in their profiles. Any misrepresentation may lead to account termination without refund.

It is the client's responsibility to review profiles carefully and perform any desired personal verifications before proceeding with a match.

4. Service Scope & Final Decision

Our service involves providing verified matches and facilitating initial introductions. Any subsequent interactions, meetings, or background checks are the sole responsibility of the concerned parties.

Shaadi Shanstha facilitates connections; the final decision regarding a match rests entirely with the individuals and their families. We are not liable for any personal disagreements or outcomes.

5. Age Requirement

All registrants must meet the legal age of marriage as per Indian law (currently 18 for brides and 21 for grooms).

6. Profile Sharing Consent

By registering, you consent to your profile information (excluding sensitive contact details unless explicitly shared by you) being shared with potential matches and their families based on compatibility.

7. Misuse of Service

Any attempt to misuse the service, engage in fraudulent activities, or harass other members will result in immediate termination of your service with no refund.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Information Collection: We collect personal details you provide during registration, such as your name, contact information, birth date, and professional/family background to create and manage your profile.
• Use of Information: Your data is used to find suitable matches and facilitate introductions. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
• Data Security: Personal details shared with us are kept strictly confidential. We employ robust data encryption and security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no online transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data held by us.

9. Limitation of Liability & Grievance Redressal

Shaadi Shanstha will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Any complaints or disputes should be reported to our customer service within 7 days of the incident for resolution.

10. Changes to Terms

Shaadi Shanstha reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
